Love my school

I have been going to Arnolds Beauty School for several months now.. I start on Januaray 26th 2010 its now May 31st 2010 I have more then 500 hours and all 3 kits that we get.. I am working on real people along with the maniquin work requried each week I love school.. I really like the instructors ... They are all but a couple related.. Arnolds was opened by The Arnolds in 1964 . there was 2 brothers.. don Arnold married norma.. and the brother.. Debbie.. who are the 2 who run the school.. then Normas dauthers are instructors Donna and Leanne.. the thrid works at the beauty shop.. then Donna's daughter Jennifer is an insturctor. I am told another one is going to be a kinda secretary .. Jodi.. I have not actually met JOdi.. but I am sure she is going to be as great as Jennifer.. the other instructor is Leslie.. the new one .. in training is melody.. there are a couple helpers Amanda, and cassie.. cassie is also full time at the salon .. well I think that about rounds out the employees of the school..any questions ask.. i dont mind

weight loss

I have lost 15 pounds.. YAY! for me.. but I have a long long road ahead of me.. I need to loose 100 pounds.. although my goal right now is 50 pounds by september.. Thats when I'll be 2/3 of the way finished with school.. I will finish school.. I will get my license and i will be a makeup artist.. that is what i want to do .. I have worked hard to get where I am .. which is `1/3 of the way tuesday at 3pm that is i will have 500 hours.. and YAY! me again.. i get my 500 hour kit.. all kinds of new goodies..
Last week was a crappy week. with out going into detail... 1 student tuesday.. acting stupid.. another wenesday telling lies and changing what i said .. which caused trouble.. that ruined my week.. and I felt horrible the rest of teh week.. I just could not seem to get out of that funk.. but now its the weekend.. I have worn myself out, out in the yard planting herbs.. I am tried.. so I think its time to chill later

Long Time

been a long time.. I have now 383 hours at school now.. However it seems that the weather is working against me. frist 3 mondays.. it snowed every week .. and the school was closed.. now its raining,. so much that the roads are flooded and now i cant go to school either.. its really almost funny..

I should have 500 hours by the end of this month.. I'm tring to be there every day that I am able to be.. I want to be done with this . state boards taken and passed and working just as soon as i can.. .. the way its going right now.. i will not graduate until January 2011... I totally cant wait till September. I get to go to Nashville and spend time at Posh Hair Design with Jon Steinick of Shear Genius.

I have learned so much over the last four nonths.... at the end of this month so much happens .. Change.. we move up from the beginners Theory class to the intermediate class.. thats a good thing.. even tho I will miss the class I am in now.... its just going to be differnt
